The Alpine Cowboys are celebrating the club centenary by hosting a CMC climbing camp based at Lyell Hut.

Date: 11-17 January 2025
Itinerary: The camp will be based at Lyell Hut. Climbs in the area are Mt Nicholson, Mt Ramsay, Mt Goethe etc. Max of 6 people
Previous experience required: The climbs will be a mix of some glacier travel, loose ridges, some rope work etc. Have to be comfortable on Grade 2 climbs.
Gear required: helmet, ice axe, crampons, harness, abseiling gear, overnight camping gear
Plan B: Boanerges if the weather is poor and rivers too high.
