Back Country Avalanche Course – 7th – 10th August

Description: Comprehensive 4 day course that dives into avalanche awareness, snowpack conditions, avalanche rescue and route planning. This is an MSC aproved and resourced course.

Pre-requisites: Basic snowcraft course or equivalent and completion of the free online avalanche education modules at https://avalanche.net.nz/education/

Cost: $750 per person

Accommodation: 4 nights at Kennedy Lodge, Arthur’s Pass

Date: 7th – 10th August. Arrive Wednesday night 730pm, finish Sunday 4pm.
